These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77ub ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 77ub.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other competitive format offered on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without express written permission from 77ub.

77ub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid court order or legal directive requiring suspension or closure.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is registered on a self-exclusion programme.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
